In my one-on-one work with others, I hold the largest container possible to meet what is not in balance inside of you. I listen deeply to all levels of your being to bring in what is needed to help you heal, awaken, and embody who you truly are on all levels of your being.
In this process, I utilize Naturopathic Medicine, Mind-Body-Spirit Counseling, Somatic Awakening®, Intuitive Counseling, Energy Medicine, and more. I have studied, practiced, and taught a multitude of healing modalities for almost thirty years. But, most significantly I have been forged in the fire of what it means to be a healers healer and I bring this depth to every patient I sit with.
I am the founder of Somatic Awakening® a powerful healing modality and spiritual practice that arose from Divine Feminine wisdom. It offers incredible healing, awakening, and embodiment on a multitude of levels.
This modality uses the power of your higher self to bring powerful presence, stabilization, and healing to traumatized aspects of your being. As it does, it alchemically dissolves these contractions and the emotional, energetic, and physical symptoms connected to them. In doing so it heals and shifts your deepest pain to peace, balance, and profound healing.
Ultimately, it allows you to see life from your true nature, open the doors of awakening, and fuel the next steps of your evolution.
I am also the founder of Sophia Healing Academy a school which teaches healing based on the principles of the Divine Feminine and the mind-body-spirit healing modality and spiritual practice that arose from these principles, Somatic Awakening®.
The teachings, meditations, and transmissions offered through the multiple levels of curriculum at Sophia Healing Academy shares valuable information for healing, while also profoundly opening the doors to awakening, embodiment, sovereignty, and an alignment with authentic divine power.
The school is a response and living structure dedicated to the Divine Feminine Energy that has awakened in our world, as well as a practice based on Her principles.
